Mattress/BedFrame/Couch/Shelf for sale! All in GREAT condition! in Vancouver, British Columbia for sale

I have a few things for sale as I'm moving into a smaller place.

All items have been well taken care of, and have great years left!

-Queen size Simmons BeautyRest World Class mattress (The one with the pocket coils. no flipping required). Firm. Gently used 3-4 times a week for about 1.5 years due to my travelling work schedule. Clean with no stains or smells. I use a pillowtop mat with double sheets. Gotta let it go cuz I'm moving. new it was well over $1000+tax. Looking for $300.

- Queen size Ikea MALM bed frame with 1 side table - all in fantastic condition. Can be taken apart and put together with ease. I'll have to sell this unit combined as the side table has to be connected to the bed frame. At new I purchased it for $230+tax. I'm looking for $120 obo.

- Ikea Kalax shelving unit. (SOLD)

- 3 seat leather sofa - Again, near perfect condition. I rarely use it because I have my own gaming chair that I like better. Usually used for me to throw my jackets on them haha.
New: $500+tax. Looking for $200obo.

Random shelving unit - has 2 drawers and dual open doors - only drawback is that there's a bit of a dent on the right side, about the size of a softball. $20 takes it!

I don't have a large vehicle to move any of these items, so interested parties will need to arrange for their own transportation.

I'm usually free weekends or any weekday after 7.

I would like to get rid of this stuff by July 15th so throw me an offer. I will entertain any dollar amount as long as it's not outrageously low.
