GOLD IMPERIAL POCKET WATCH - $12000 in Vancouver, British Columbia for sale

I am selling an imperial Russian 14K gold and enamel presentation watch that concerned my terrific grandfather (or his daddy, I am not certain). The maker is Pavel Bure, obviously the grandfather of the hockey star, that was the watch manufacturer to Czar Nicholas prior to the change. The watch is inscribed with the number 30725.
It is in ideal functioning disorder, although it has a thin fracture on the face and a little piece of gold damaged off of the winder. I am told this is easily restored. I am asking $12 000.00 obo. Comparable watches have been provided and offered on eBay and collector internet sites for $17 000 - $20 000 USD.
