Director, Client Relationships in Vancouver, British Columbia for sale

Not everyone has a natural affinity for building long-lasting, strong relationships with Clients. We are seeking someone who excels at it and thrives on helping Clients uncover creative solutions that will address their business challenges. As that individual, you have knowledge and experience selling Digital Transformation and Digital Product Development solutions with the goal of always meeting or surpassing your Clients' expectations. Your knowledge and experience are key to establishing Online Business Systems (Online) as a valued business partner with Clients. As a trusted advisor who delivers on your commitments, you have established credibility and developed a strong network of longstanding Client relationships. You are integral to the growth of our Digital Transformation and Cybersecurity consultancy.

What you'll do

This role is focused on acquiring, retaining, and growing your Client base, and on building a pipeline of opportunities. You will collaborate with a team of high caliber subject matter experts to cross-sell and upsell Online's other service offerings. You will lead the day-to-day aspects of Client relationships, including gathering and addressing Client feedback, and negotiations and business improvement initiatives.

What we'd like

This role is suited to someone who has been a Sales Manager or Account Manager with experience selling and growing Digital Transformation, Digital Product Development, Salesforce, Service Management/BMC, professional services, and/or consulting solutions from the C-suite down to the front lines. You feel comfortable selling six or seven-figure solutions and driving an annual quota that is measured in millions. You are able to travel as needed throughout North America. You have a passion for learning and, to maintain your level of expertise, you stay current on emerging technologies as well as on your Clients' businesses and industries.

You are described as forward thinking, entrepreneurial, strategic, collaborative, and determined without being pushy. You are a self-starter.
