CLEANS

Regular cleans $20/hr

Our main priorities are the kitchen and bathrooms, which will include:

-sinks, faucets
-appliances
-shower and tub
-front of cupboards, counters
-toilets
-mirrors

Our secondary priorities consist of:

-dusting throughout the house
-vacuuming
-mopping
-taking out garbage and recycling



Deeper cleans include: $23/hr
*Please specify what is needed in YOUR deep clean from the list below
**We dont move big furniture, small pieces will be moved to vacuum/mop
-windows (outside if reachable and requested)
-baseboards
-walls/light switches
-dishes
-laundry
-ironing
-patio furniture
-deck/balcony
-inside fridge, oven (must be sprayed the night before)
-inside cupboards
-change bedding
-blinds (recommended done by professional blind cleaners)
-post reno dust removal

Organization $23/hr

-closets
-cupboards/drawers
-filing
-shelves
-storage


RATES:

Ongoing- daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly: $20/hr supplies included
Deep Cleans/Move Outs: $23/hr supplies included
Organization: $23/hr
Payment Method: Cash ONLY
24 hour cancellation notice or subject to fee based on appointment length
Lock out fee $30 (forgot to leave key, etc.)

|*hourly rates are per cleaner
i.e. 2 cleaners + 1 hour cleaning= 2 hours cleaning
2 cleaners $20/ hr each + 1 hour REGULAR clean = $40/hr
2 cleaners $25/hr each + 1 hour DEEP/MOVE OUT clean = $50/hr
