I am experienced in all criminal charges, and have defended clients charged from everything from theft, fraud, spousal assault and prohibited and impaired driving to sexual assault, kidnapping and murder. I have also applied for reviews of various driving prohibitions under the Motor Vehicle Act including the Immediate Roadside Prohibitions.

I HAVE BEEN VERY SUCCESSFUL IN GETTING EVEN SERIOUS CHARGES DROPPED. If at all possible, I will end it for you successfully without a trial. If the only way is to go ahead witth a trial then I will stand up and aggressively fight for you when it is necessary.

If you are in custody or have a friend or relative in custody, I will do everything I can to obtain his or her release and then will do what I can to obtain a satisfactory result.
