Home Based Personal Injury Paralegal (16 years of experience)

I am offering administrative/paralegal services from my home (virtual) office to Lawyers or those clients who are self-represented.

I have worked in various law firms in Downtown Vancouver and Okanagan area. I specialize in personal injury, motor vehicle and slip and fall claims. I also have experience in ICBC defence, disability claims and will variation cases.

I hold a Legal Administrative Assistant Diploma and a Civil Litigation Paralegal Certificate. I am a registered member of the BC Paralegal Association.

I offer a competitive rate as follows:

Administrative duties $25 per hour;
-Client or other communication;
-Typing correspondence;
-Data entry;
-Digital file organization and naming documents
-Reminder phone calls;
-Scheduling;
-Invoicing;
-Email communication;
-Meeting/event planning;
-Bulk mailings/shipping;
-Other admin duties that may be assigned.

Paralegal duties $36 per hour;
-Drafting Pleadings (Small Claims or Supreme);
-Preparation of List of Documents;
-Lists of specials damages;
-Applications/Response;
-Discovery and trial prep;
-Mediation summary;
-Legal research;
-Bills of Cost;
-Other paralegal duties that may be assigned.

I provide administrative/ paralegal services, suggestions and guidance under your direction until the matter is settled or until legal counsel is retained.
