Meet with the contractors to explain what needs to be done and what needs to be quoted, so that all your estimates are based on the same work that is required to be completed (apples to apples)
Review those estimates with you
Assist you in screening contractors and checking references OR provide you with recommendations for qualified and experienced contractors
Arrange schedules and communicate with contractors
Perform site visits and monitor the progress and workmanship
Assist in communicating changes to the project
Upon completiong we can perform a "Walk through" with you to ensure that you are happy with the product

Review project and family needs
Meet many other personalized and customized needs and wants
Work alongside the homeowner through the entire project, from beginning to end if desired.
