Resident Manager looking for a building. in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hi, I'm looking for a small to medium building to take care of. 30-40 units in Vancouver area.

RMTI (Residential Managers' Training Institute) Certified Manager
Some experience in the past with commercial building management.
Certified drywall taper. Experienced with handyman and renovation work.
Desire to live on site.
Able to perform all duties such as vacuuming, cleaning.
Bondable, Will pass criminal records check.
Can provide at least 5 references.
Have a vehicle to pick up supplies etc.
Able to perform basic maintenance and handyman repairs such as light plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical repairs/troubleshooting.
Able to work and supervise subtrades for repair or other work on site.
Excellent customer service and communication.
Fluent in written and verbal English.
Culturally aware and sensitive.
Have good computer skills for emails, Microsoft Office and office skills.
Be organized and have great attention to detail.
