2. Private Double Room $69/Night for 2 Guests - Our private rooms are fully furnished with study desk, double or queen bed, hardwood floors, plus linens and nightstand. You share common areas (kitchen, dining and living room) with other house guests. We include fast wireless internet, free self serve laundry and complimentary coffee. Minimum 1 week stay and refundable room deposit required.


3. Quad Room $39/Night per person - The Quad is your best choice for larger groups who don't require a private suite but need a central resting place while exploring the city. Great room for group getaways where individuals would like to lower their accommodation costs by sharing a large dorm room. You share common areas (kitchen and dining room) with other house guests. Include fast wireless internet and free self serve laundry on site. Can sleep up to 6 adults comfortably. Must have a minimum of 4 guests to book this room. Minimum 1 week stay and refundable room deposit required.
