***LOCATION: BLAINE, WASHINGTON***Ebb Tide is a semi-custom 36’ Ketch, built as a hull and deck by Middleton Manufacturing to a Thomas Gilmer design and then completed by original owner Maurice Baldwin. This vessel has traveled in comfort as far south as South America and as far north as Alaska. Current owner has invested over $60,000 USD in maintenance and improvements since purchasing in 2010 with the plan to travel far and wide after retirement. There is an anchor windlass and a skylight hatch on the foredeck and the forward cabin trunk has 4 opening ports on each side and a companionway hatch to the cockpit. The aft cabin trunk has an opening port on each side and a companionway hatch to the cockpit.The forwardmost compartment is a forepeak locker with aft access. Next aft is a stateroom with a port side double berth. The main cabin follows and has a port side settee followed by a head compartment, and a starboard side hanging locker followed by a chart table and a “U” shaped galley. The aft cabin has an aft double berth and a port side sink counter.The engine is aft of the companionway ladder beneath the cockpit. The fuel tanks are to port and starboard in the engine room and in the keel beneath the engine.
