ANTIQUE ANSONIA ROYAL BONN GERMAN HAND-PAINTED PORCELAIN MANTEL STRIKING CLOCK Up for sale is a beautiful antique Ansonia clock dating from the late 19th century. The clock features a stunning porcelain case by the Royal Bonn company in Germany and movement by the Ansonia Clock Company in New York (USA). I just finished fully servicing the 8-day movement, and it is in attractive condition and keeping accurate time. The case is detailed with pink highlights and hand painted polychrome decoration, and is in like-new condition, with the expected amount of wear for an antique item. The flawless enamel dial features black Arabic numerals. I take very precise photographs, so please zoom closely in on the images to see more than the naked eye ever could. The clock measures approx 30cm x 25cm x 12cm (11 7/8" x 9 7/8" x 4 3/4" ). It comes with an original Ansonia winding key. Please Note: I test all of my clocks in my workshop to make sure that they are running correctly, but because no 2 surfaces are the same, the clock will most likely need to be regulated after being placed where you intend to use it. If care is taken in its regulation it will keep excellent time. I will provide full instructions on how to set the clock for running. Purchase with confidence!
