Wall-Mount 100% Wood Table/Desk: Elegant Solution for Sm Space Living in Vancouver, British Columbia for sale

I have 2 of these, exactly the same. I'm selling one because, well, my place is too small to put up the other! It's in perfect condition. Pics are of the one I'm currently using.
As you can see, this wall-mounted desk/table, along with some wall-mounted shelving I built has enabled me to create a high-functioning office space less than 4 feet wide.
Once you've got it mounted, the table will collapse flat against the wall (2 inches out) if you want it out of the way for more space when you're not using it.
This is an IKEA table that they don't seem to make any longer. Not this version, that is: 100% blond stained wood, and wider than the current versions.
Note: Because it is 100% wood, it's weighty, and consequently needs to be mounted on a wall/stud that can bear the load.
If you've got size constraints you need to work with, this piece can give you a lot of functionality and bring an understated elegance to an otherwise indecorous space.
