It a lightsaber from starwars FORCE FX BY Hasbro (normal ($199-$600 new).
The led in the saber cutter and the button on the hilt is ruined however with complete battery and a dark space, you could rarely tell while your turning it around. thers some scratches on the handles and note to self these aren't toys.

sound results pow on(cutter in), pow off(cutter in), swinging sounds, conflicting noises, still hum, it takes 3 AAA electric batteries that i will introduce for demo.
