Hardly Used in Vancouver, British Columbia for sale

I have a Playstation 3 (Phat) system 80GB version Used for about 2 hrs at christmas supposedly it's backwards compatible comes with:

Rockband (Fender Stratocaster Guitar,Drums,Mic,Drum sticks, Manuals)
DualShock Controller just the one
HDMI Cable
BluRay Remote
Games: MotorStorm,Rockband(1 Opened & One Unopened),Guitar Hero III,Guitar Hero Aerosmith

I Also have about 13 BluRay movies i'll throw in for another $50.00

Reason for selling is i injured my wrist and have carpal tunnel in both wrists so the system is useless to me and has been sitting pretty much since i bought it in a drawer in my entertainment center My price is pretty firm as i don't need to sell it but would prefer someone gets some use out of it rather than it sit in a drawer
